What is your favorite dish at Muriales?

"My favorite dish is the Shrimp Fra Diavlo and I love the flatbread pizza."

What do you like most about working at Muriales?

"I’ve always loved food and beverage and the people. I love meeting new people. I have gotten to know the guests that come in regularly and they love it when they come back and I remember their names.

One of my favorite memories is when a sweet gentleman came in one day and looked at me and pointed at a picture and said "do you know who this is?" He said, “that’s me!” The picture was of a young handsome gentleman named Clyde Judy, a highly decorated Army Air Force Pilot World War II Veteran...

...We chatted for a few minutes and he was seated. About 3 weeks later, he came back in, and I said "well hello Mr. Judy," and that meant the world to him that I remembered who he was. He went on and on about it. That made his day and mine. "
