How long have you been working at Muriales?
"Around 7 years."
Morgan has worked in every single position in front of house. Manager, Hostess, Seater, Bartender, Takeout during Covid, & Server. She has built relationships with many loyal guests who come to see her quite often.
What is your favorite dish?
"Shrimp Fra Diavlo, I’ve been eating it since day one!"
What is your favorite memory at Muriales?
"My absolute favorite memory was an Off-Site Catering we did for Greer Limestone. They have an annual picnic every summer and it was a beautiful day. The weather was perfect, the food was great, we listened to some good music, and watched the kids and adults play some fun games.Everyone had an amazing time and we received so many compliments. They liked us so much that we even got to join in on some of their fun! Can’t forget about the ice cream truck they had too! It was a great day."
What advice would you give to someone new who is starting work at Muriales?
"My advice would be always come prepared and on time. If you aren’t 10 minutes early, then you’re 10 minutes late. That’s a phrase some of us veteran staff use around here. It is a very busy restaurant and has a fast-paced setting, don’t be scared to ask for a helping hand. We are all a team working towards the same goal. That is the most important part. It is always rewarding in the end."
What is your favorite part about working here?
"My favorite part about working at Muriales would be that I have always had a passion for the hospitality industry. It gives you an opportunity to meet some amazing people and build lifelong friendships. Everyone truly makes me feel like family here. I have learned so many valuable skills along the way and I love making sure my guests have an enjoyable, memorable, & delicious experience while dining with us!"
