“Rigatoni. I am all about the classic meat sauce!”
What is your favorite memory?
“Definitely how me and Rae met. When I came back, Rae, who was the manager at the time, did not like me at all in the beginning. Said that I was not moving up over certain people that deserved it over me, even though I was returning with experience. We just did not vibe at first….and now almost 7 years later, she’s my maid of honor in a few months. A life-long best friend ”
What advice would you give to someone who is just starting at Muriales?
“Always move. It’s the most important aspect about this job, next to hospitality. Stay movin’ and stay groovin’!”
What is your favorite part about working here?
“My family. We are one big happy family and that’s how it should be in this business. We have a great crew!”
