How long have you been part of the Muriales Team?

I’ve been with Muriales for 3 years, working in hosting, seating, takeout, and now serving.

What do you like most about working at Muriales?

I enjoy being part of an amazing team with truly wonderful people. We have a large staff, and some really special individuals work here. I also love hearing from guests about how much they love this place.

What is your favorite dish?

Blackened Chicken Alfredo with rigatoni noodles. It’s even better with broccoli!

What is the best guest experience you’ve been part of?

I once waited on a guest celebrating her 90th birthday. She said she’d been coming to Muriales for years and that it’s been her favorite place to eat since she was a girl. Her entire family was there, celebrating, and they were a joy to serve. They treated me like part of their family.

What advice would you give a new employee starting at Muriales?

Don’t let constructive criticism get you down. We have a specific way of doing things here, which is what makes Muriales special. Sometimes, advice or feedback can come across differently than intended, but we all want everyone to succeed.

What’s a fun fact about you?

I graduated from Fairmont Senior High School in 2025 and plan to attend Fairmont State to major in nursing!
