This weeks Muriale’s Employee Spotlight is none other than the legend Chef Cortney “Cork” Howard!
How long have you been apart of the Muriale’s team?
I've worked at Muriales for almost 3 decades. I started as a dishwasher and moved to prep and salads. After a few years I was working the line at any and every position necessary but mainly grill.
When did your love of cooking start?
My love for cooking started at a very young age helping my father, mother and grandmother.
What’s your favorite Muriales meal?
I really don't have a favorite. I like just about everything Lol!!
What do you like most about working at Muriale’s?
My favorite part of working at Muriales is honestly servicing all the people that come to enjoy our hospitality, and trying to make my coworker’s work experience a happier and healthier and easier work environment.
