About the Role
The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and food to patrons, oversee the stock of liquor and bar supplies, and collect money for drinks served.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a bartending role, preferably in an Italian or fine dining restaurant setting.
Bartending certification or mixology training is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer.
Familiarity with Italian beverages and wine pairings.
Proficiency in handling cash transactions and using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
